Champions League News 
Wednesday was a great day for Greek football! Aggelos Basinas scores against Juventus and was one of the green heroes! Panathinaikos won Juventus 3-1 and qualified for the second round to "THE BEST 16 EUROPEAN TEAMS" covering the bad appearance of Olympiakos. The other scorers were Paolo Sousa with a sensational free kick amazing everybody and of course Van de Sar, after Juvents scored a lucky goal with Pipo Inzaghi, as we said later Basinas put Panathinaikos in front of Juventus and Warzycha made the 3-1. Olympiakos must not be so sad because he qualified for the next round of Uefa Cup with AEK and PAOK who made historical win against Udinese, the first team in Italian Championship! 0The opponents of Panathinaikos are: Valencia, Manchester United and Sturm Graz. The first game is on Tuesday, 21 of Novenmber at the Old Traford Stadium in Manchester. Surely a difficult match! Olympiakos will play against Liverpool, AEK vs Leverkusen and PAOK vs Aindhoven. The sytem of the second round of Champions League is the same with the last round. The teams are divided into 4 groups. Panathinaikos will give 6 games and the first two of each group will qualify for the next round! Good luck to all GREEK teams!!!
